We have built our reputation as one of the UK’s top suppliers with a speedy and reliable mail order service, so for those unable to meet us at lace days, most of our supplies are also available by post and are dispatched first class where possible.
As Royal Mail now charge by size in addition to weight, it is no longer possible for us to provide standard postal rates. If you need advice on postal charges, or on any of our supplies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If ordering heavy items such as pillows, pricking card etc., please telephone for postage details.
It would be very much appreciated if you could add your telephone number to all orders in case of query. This enables us to contact you quickly and therefore prevent delay dispatching your order if we need to clarify anything with you.
