How to order from us

We have built our reputation as one of the UK’s top suppliers with a speedy and reliable mail

order service, so for those unable to meet us at lace days, most of our supplies are also available

by post and are dispatched first class where possible.  

As Royal Mail now charge by size in addition to weight, it is no longer possible for us to provide standard postal rates.  If you need advice on postal charges, or on any of our supplies, please do

not hesitate to contact us. New postal charges have made minimum postage for all threads £3.00.

If ordering heavy items such as pillows, pricking card etc., please telephone for postage details.

We send our pillows out in  stout custom  made  boxes and therefore have to make a charge for materials used.  

It would be very much appreciated if you could add your telephone number to all orders in case of query.  This enables us to contact you quickly and therefore prevent delay dispatching your

order if we need to clarify anything with you.  

If you wish to order by telephone we accept payment by Mastercard and Visa.  

As we are at our workshop during the week, and at lace days most week ends we are not

always  available to take calls.  We do have an answer phone service so please

leave your number which we will respond to as soon as possible.
